Daniel Jeffery Henderson, whose birthdate falls on August 24, 1970, has established himself as a prominent figure in the realms of professional wrestling and mixed martial arts. His impressive tenure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has earned him recognition as one of the organization's elite fighters.

Originating from Downey, California, Henderson comes from a diverse heritage that includes English, French, and Native American roots. His wrestling journey began during his high school years at Victor Valley High School, where he quickly distinguished himself by winning medals at the California State Wrestling Championships in both freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. His collegiate career continued at Cal State Fullerton and Arizona State University, leading to multiple national titles and Olympic appearances, despite not securing a medal.
